What material is used to manufacture your pedestals?

Our premium pedestals are hand-crafted with medium-density fiberboard (MDF), a durable and versatile engineered wood product. With an emphasis on stability, our materials keep your prized possessions beautifully displayed and secure.

What is MDF?

Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood material created by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into fibers. Before each pedestal is shipped to our customer they undergo a final rigorous quality inspection.

Start by sanding the MDF to remove any imperfections, then apply a primer specifically designed for MDF. Follow with two or three coats of high-quality paint, allowing proper drying time between coats.
